Featured pet: Logan

Although we are still getting to know Logan, this much we do know. He does not miss being hungry, he does not miss being cold, he does not miss being alone and he does not miss the daily struggle of life on the streets.

Admittedly, when Logan first arrived, he wasn’t at his best. Dirty and thin it was clear he’d been on his own for a while. After a few good meals, lots of TLC and a check up with our vet, a happier and healthier cat began to emerge.

At approximately one to two years of age and sporting a few minor battle scars from his former life, this friendly and outgoing cat is very content. He eats when he is hungry, he naps in comfort and peace and he loves to be brushed so his fur is now shiny and soft.

Although the shelter is a definite step up from living as a stray, what Logan needs now is a home of his own.

If you are looking for a sweet, calm, and affectionate feline companion, Logan may well be the cat for you. He is as gentle as he is endearing, and we know he will appreciate and enjoy the opportunity to live out his life as a pampered house cat. If you can be the one to give Logan the loving forever home he deserves, we’d love to hear from you.
