The Lennoxville Art Group is celebrating its 30th Anniversary. Friday, June 9, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. - Vernissage and Exhibit. Saturday, June 10, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. - Exhibit with a drawing for a painting at 3 p.m. Greetings cards, mini paintings, as well as a studio sale table. Also, a special wall of grade 6 paintings. Amedee Beaudoin Community Center, behind the Town Hall, 150 Samuel Gratham.

The Warmth of the Sun, with Amy Panetta. As we approach the days of longer sunlight in the northern hemisphere, we reflect on the various traditions and symbolism at this time of year, including celebrations dedicated to St. John/st-jean-baptiste in various countries. The symbol of the intentionally lit bonfire is potent but contrasts sharply with wild-fires burning out of control. Together, we ponder the delicate balance of the elements and lean into our beloved community at this difficult time.
